The Product Owner (Business Analyst III) position reports to the Director of Application Development. This role provides advanced leadership of product planning for web-based enterprise solutions by creating a product vision and launch strategy. Performs mid-level analysis and collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to solve complex business process and system solutions. We are looking for a dedicated Product Owner who is passionate about building technology products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build, and rollout products that deliver value to the citizens of Texas and align with the vision and strategy of Health and Human Services (HHSC). This position works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Serves as the voice of the customer for HHSC agencies. Must be willing to work from an HHS office designated by the hiring manager 3, or more, days per week located in Austin, TX.
