Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA a plus.
• 10+ years in technology with CRM platforms.
• 3+ years in senior technology leadership.
• 7+ years leading digital products and cross‑functional programs.
• Proven ability to build roadmaps and align stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology product strategy for sales, pricing, customer experience, and digital commerce.
• Lead and develop product owners and functional analysts.
• Partner with technology, data, system integrators, and business teams to ensure scalable delivery.
• Create a vision for a connected customer experience grounded in business needs and industry trends.
• Monitor discovery, experimentation, and commercialization stages of the portfolio.
• Collaborate with architects to deliver seamless digital solutions.
