Job summary

Exelixis seeks a Staff IT Product Lead for Enterprise Platforms to drive digital workplace initiatives—communication, collaboration, and content management. You will partner with business and IT teams to define scalable, compliant product solutions and maintain a pragmatic roadmap.

You will work across architecture, engineering, and QA to ensure timely delivery of secure applications, with emphasis on user‑centric design and data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline; 6+ years of related experience.
• Master's degree in mathematics, statistics or engineering with 5+ years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years supporting enterprise‑wide platforms.
• Minimum of 6+ years IT experience focused on digital workplace or product management.
• Proven experience leading product development teams in an Agile/product‑centric model.
• Experience with SaaS platforms (e.g., Veeva, Microsoft) or cloud solutions (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Experience with enterprise platforms and technologies such as Revvity Signals, Schrodinger LiveDesign, Benchling.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products within Enterprise Platforms.
• Gather user needs and translate them into actionable requirements and user stories.
• Participate in market research and technology assessments for planning and innovation.
• Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and compliance.
• Collaborate with architecture and engineering to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors to align delivery timelines and operations.
• Incorporate usability feedback into product improvements.
• Communicate effectively between IT and business stakeholders.
