Job summary

Exelixis Inc. seeks a Staff IT Product Lead to drive enterprise platforms that enable communication, collaboration and content management. Lead agile delivery with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions while aligning with regulatory standards.

You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to shape roadmaps, write user stories, and ensure quality across product lifecycles in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline with 6+ years of related experience, or Master’s in mathematics/statistics/engineering with 5+ years.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
• Experience: minimum 4 years supporting enterprise-wide platforms; 6+ years IT in digital workplace or product management.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy, roadmap for digital products within Enterprise Platforms.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria; refine product specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and QA to deliver digital applications.
• Coordinate with external vendors to align delivery timelines and operations.
• Support compliance with regulatory requirements (GxP, HIPAA, GDPR).
