Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking a Sr Manager, IT Portfolio & Operations to lead the IT portfolio governance, roadmaps, and lifecycle discipline, coordinating investments, planning, and delivery with the IT Leadership Team.

You will partner with Finance and ITLT to align budgets, drive quarterly portfolio reviews, manage cross‑functional dependencies, and build a strong PMO community through mentoring and training.

Qualifications

• Portfolio governance and program management skills
• Experience coordinating with IT leadership and Finance
• Strong communication and leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Management & Governance across IT roadmaps, budgets, and resource planning.
• Coordinate intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new project requests.
• Lead quarterly Portfolio Reviews and roadmapping with IT teams and vendors.
