Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of IT project/program/portfolio management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and political acumen.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of PM techniques and methods.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
