Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a multi-site SAP EWM implementation for a large CPG company. You will own the project plan, coordinate internal teams and vendors, and keep the work on track through the first go-live in April, while ensuring alignment with budgets and milestones.

You will not be the SAP configuration SME; instead you will drive execution, manage risks, report to IT leadership, and keep cross-functional stakeholders informed as the program scales across

Qualifications

• 7–12 years IT project management experience leading complex enterprise technology implementations.
• 3+ years supporting SAP implementations, ideally SAP EWM, S/4HANA, or similar large-scale SAP programs.
• Experience managing full project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and multiple workstreams.
• Strong vendor and systems integrator management experience.
• Experience managing project financials, including budgets, SOWs, invoices, vendor spend and payments.
• Strong executive communication and status reporting skills with accountability across IT, business, and vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the overall SAP EWM implementation plan across multiple sites.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors to stay aligned with milestones and go-live dates.
• Manage project budgets, SOWs, invoices, vendor spend, and payments.
• Provide regular status updates to IT leadership and key stakeholders.
• Drive day-to-day execution to ensure on-time multi-site go-lives, starting with the first site in April.
