You will lead end-to-end SAP EWM projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery while aligning with SAP best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience, with significant experience in SAP EWM.
• Proven experience as an SAP EWM Project Manager / Program Manager / Delivery Manager.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM business processes and warehouse operations.
• Experience managing full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations or large-scale rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage SAP EWM project scope, requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, MM, SD, PP, TM, QM, and other related modules.
• Lead project phases including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management Project Manager to support warehouse operations and system improvements for a travel retail business. The role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP EWM processes for efficient inventory movement, order fulfillment and store replenishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade and enhancement projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, resources and deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Manage SAP EWM project scope, requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Coordinate EWM integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, MM, SD, PP, TM, QM, and other related modules.
• Lead project phases including requirements gathering, design, configuration, development, testing, data migration, deployment, and hypercare.
• Manage fit-gap analysis, workshops, solution design, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support.
• Ensure warehouse business processes are properly mapped to SAP EWM functionality.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations and business teams to ensure successful adoption of EWM solutions.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, steering committee meetings, and executive communications.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Manage third-party vendors, system integrators, offshore/onshore teams, and cross-functional resources.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and business requirements.
• Drive issue resolution and **escalate** critical project risks and decisions when required.
• Support organizational change management, training, and business readiness activities.
• Ensure compliance with project methodology, documentation standards, and SAP implementation best practices.
