Job summary

American StaffCorp is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Lead / Specialist to manage technology initiatives, including SAP S/4HANA and data analytics. You will lead projects from initiation through completion, balancing budgets, timelines, and resources.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of IT project management experience, strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and PMO processes, and demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams. Hybrid onsite in Oklahoma City (2–3 days) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of directly related IT project management experience.
• Experience leading technology projects from initiation through completion.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Oversee projects from initiation to completion with plans, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate SAP S/4HANA, system integrations, data analytics, and enterprise tech initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure delivery.
• Monitor scope, timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables.
• Communicate progress and action items in project meetings.
