Job summary

New-Indy Containerboard is seeking an IT/OT Senior Systems Engineer to strengthen our critical infrastructure across 24/7/365 manufacturing facilities in North America. The role focuses on scalable server management, proactive security, and reliable backup strategies to prevent downtime.

The successful candidate will manage enterprise compute platforms, storage, and networking, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align IT/OT with business goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Server Management and IT Networking experience.
• Advanced architecture, deployment, and management of mission-critical compute platforms.
• Design, maintenance, and testing of enterprise backup solutions (e.g., Rubrik, Veeam or Cohesity).
• Implementation and maintenance of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and ruggedized edge compute nodes.

Responsibilities

• Server Management (75%) including backup and recovery.
• IT Networking (25%).
