New-Indy Containerboard LLC seeks an ITOT Site Manager to lead daily IT/OT operations for a 24/7 manufacturing site. You will bridge IT and OT, support networks, OT systems, and end-user computing while driving reliability and performance across the facility.

As a primary on-site tech resource, you will coordinate with Enterprise IT/OT, manage vendors, and implement initiatives that improve safety, efficiency, and business outcomes. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred.
• Experience supporting IT and OT environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day IT/OT site support and issue resolution.
• Develop training, documentation, and SME resources at site.
• Collaborate with Enterprise IT/OT and security teams.
• Plan and manage IT/OT projects and budgets.
• Support software deployments, integrations, and upgrades.
• Build business cases and ROI analyses for initiatives.
