• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
• 5+ years of IT Server Operations experience; OT/ICS experience is a plus.
• Strong Linux and Windows server knowledge; OS patching and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain Linux and Windows servers with emphasis on Linux.
• Patch systems and firmware to stay current on security.
• Travel to key plant sites to install and support IT systems.
• Manage LDAP/AD structures and provide IT-OT server support.
• Back up and retain IT-OT servers; monitor and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide remote support for remote offices and plant sites to ensure performance.
• Promote cybersecurity and enforce security policies; support NERC CIP compliance.
