Job summary

Adapture Renewables is seeking an OT Security Engineer to support our Technology team in overseeing cybersecurity controls across SCADA and ICS environments. This role includes designing network segments and implementing NERC CIP compliance measures while ensuring secure vendor access and posture across our operating sites.

Qualified candidates should possess 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally within the utility sector, and hold a relevant Bachelor's degree. Benefits include a competitive salary package ranging from $120,000 to $155,000, DOE, along with additional perks.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in OT / ICS / SCADA security.
• Hands-on experience implementing NERC CIP controls.
• Experience with SIEM and logging platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OT network segmentation.
• Run vulnerability assessment and patch cycles.
• Triage and lead response for OT security events.
