Job summary

Peraton is seeking an experienced IT Operations Infrastructure Services Lead (ISL) to join our national intelligence program in Northern Virginia. The role leads 24x7 operations, governance, upgrades, and sustainment of IT infrastructure across the client environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for IT operations and infrastructure services.
• Manage and prioritize tasks to support 24x7 operations.
• Lead NOSC team activities and provide after-hours support as needed.
• Mentor junior staff and coordinate with campus support for end users.
• Evaluate new products and services to improve reliability and performance.
