Job summary

Kapu Solutions INC. seeks a Senior IT Operations Specialist to manage overseas IT support for Korea and Japan, including security-focused tasks and infrastructure readiness.

You will provide SIPR/CENTRIXS administration, endpoint sustainment, VTC, and token support across regional sites, ensuring high availability and security compliance. Security+ is required for this role.

Experience with cross-border IT operations and strong communication across teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Overseas enterprise IT support experience preferred.
• SIPR/CENTRIXS administration experience required.
• Endpoint sustainment and VTC support experience preferred.
• SIPR token support knowledge is a plus.
• Security+ certification required for the role.
