Job summary

Savvy Wealth, Inc. seeks a Senior IT Operations Specialist to join our NYC headquarters. You will deliver exceptional customer service to internal teams and financial advisors while supporting a hybrid macOS and Windows environment.

You’ll manage and optimize SaaS platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Rippling, with a hands-on, senior IT team. In this role you will handle advisor migrations, DNS management, and end-to-end provisioning, with a focus on security, SLA adherence, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IT support with user onboarding/offboarding and device management.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace administration and MDM solutions.
• Solid DNS fundamentals: record types (MX, TXT, CNAME, A), SPF, DKIM, DMARC, registrar and DNS host management.
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management; capable of working with high-touch client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills to explain issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to document IT processes and runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Support a hybrid macOS/Windows environment, including ticketing and troubleshooting.
• Share advisor support and onboarding workload, delivering white-glove service in person, over video, and through support channels within SLAs.
• Migrate advisors into Savvy: email and file migrations to Google Workspace, DNS changes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and phased transition planning.
• Manage DNS across multiple providers (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Google Cloud DNS) including email authentication records.
• Own IT provisioning/deprovisioning: account creation, platform setup, endpoint allocation and MDM enrollment, with same-day deprovisioning.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Advisor Onboarding, People Ops to ensure seamless experiences for employees and advisors.
• Maintain office networking, AV systems, and physical security infrastructure.
• Develop and improve scalable IT processes and Notion-based resources.
• Contribute to automation of lifecycle management and SaaS governance.
