Job summary

SavvyMoney, a leading San Francisco Bay fintech, is seeking a Senior IT Operations Engineer in Dublin, CA. You will own endpoint and workplace engineering for Windows and macOS, plus IT security operations and SOC 2 compliance support.

You will also provide forward-deployed partner support and AV/media production for live and hybrid events. The role is a senior individual-contributor position; you set IT standards, escalate issues, and ensure compliance with FCRA, GLBA, and SOC 2 obligations

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Experience managing macOS and Windows fleets with modern MDM solutions.
• Experience in Okta SSO, SCIM provisioning, MFA policy, and lifecycle automation.
• Ability to automate endpoint operations and write scripts in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
• Familiarity with SOC 2 controls, audit evidence, and security incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own Endpoint & Workplace Engineering across Windows and macOS fleets.
• Administer Security Operations, Okta, and compliance activities.
• Provide forward-deployed partner support and AV/media production support.
• Lead IT service management, ticketing, and SLA adherence.
• Maintain and improve security controls, access reviews, and GLBA/SOC2 obligations.
