Job summary

Harris Spice is seeking a highly skilled IT/Network Administrator to support and manage the company’s technology environment across end-user systems, network infrastructure, servers, cloud services, and business applications.

The role requires hands-on support, infrastructure upgrades, and participation in technology projects to ensure secure, reliable IT operations. Strong Windows, Active Directory, 365, and networking expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Network Admin, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years IT experience in desktop support, systems or network administration.
• 3+ years hands-on desktop/end-user support in a business environment.
• Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Strong AD/GP/DNS/DHCP/Entra ID knowledge.
• TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, VLANs, switching and firewalls know-how.
• Experience with servers, network equipment, endpoint security, and business apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for Windows desktops, printers, software, and business apps.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and authentication issues.
• Provide on-site support to employees.
• Install, configure, image, deploy, upgrade, and maintain computers and peripherals.
• Manage Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Assist with user accounts, MFA, permissions, onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Manage Help Desk tickets and meet SLAs.
• Document issues, resolutions, configurations, and procedures.
