Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise IT experience with Citrix VDI, MS Azure, and AD/Entra ID.
• Preferred certifications: CCP-V/CCE-V, Microsoft Azure Administrator, or CompTIA Security+.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement security technologies designed to protect IT assets.
• Manage Office365 and Exchange accounts, licenses, and operations.
• Leverage Office365 tools to respond to FOIA requests.
• Manage enterprise printers and print queues.
• Assist in testing and deploying vendor patches and implementing federal IT security policies.
