Job summary

You will oversee vendor coordination, monitor service delivery, resolve escalations, and provide expert technical guidance for mission-critical infrastructure across 295+ sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT programs for large, multi-site environments.
• Knowledge of cabling standards and network service delivery.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor performance.
• Experience with enterprise networking and multi-site project delivery.
• Strong written and oral communication with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with IT governance and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop ITD staff and oversee multiple projects.
• Plan and execute large-scale network and cabling initiatives across sites.
