Job summary

Customer Contact Services is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead the IT infrastructure and systems team. This hands-on, player-coach role will set priorities, manage a small team, and stay involved in day-to-day technical work.

The position reports to the President, partners with executive leadership on strategy and budget, and offers a clear path toward a Director-level role with a hybrid remote work setup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience running an IT team with performance management.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and at least one major cloud platform.
• Scripting skills with PowerShell or Python for automation.
• Strong networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Ability to balance hands-on work with leadership duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and cloud environments.
• Lead the resolution of infrastructure, network, and systems issues with the team.
• Build and maintain scripts (PowerShell/Python) and API integrations to automate tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, DNS, and TCP/IP.
• Directly manage a team of 3–5 IT professionals: hiring, onboarding, performance management.
