Job summary

UPMC is seeking a Manager, IT for Enterprise Imaging to lead enterprise-wide initiatives and manage a team of senior analysts. The role involves governance, budgeting input, risk management, and executive reporting to support strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate will balance multiple priorities, identify risks proactively, and collaborate across clinical, technical, and vendor stakeholders to deliver modernized imaging workflows and integrations.

Qualifications

• Nine years of total related experience, with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Strong project management, problem solving, organizational, relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT strategy and how it relates to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Leads complex, enterprise-wide projects and strategic initiatives across the Enterprise Imaging portfolio.
• Manage and mentor a team of senior analysts and project resources.
• Build strong partnerships with peer managers and stakeholders to drive shared organizational objectives and successful project outcomes.
• Provide project governance, risk management, and Executive-level reporting.
• Drive successful implementation, adoption, and operational support of Enterprise Imaging solutions.
• Participate in an MOD call rotation.
• Provide input on budget planning. Responsible for managing the budget.
• Complete performance evaluations.
