Job summary

SC&H is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Information Technology to lead day-to-day IT operations, drive project execution, and manage vendor relationships from our Hunt Valley, MD headquarters. Reporting to the CIO, this role will guide a team across Infrastructure, Applications, and Security to deliver reliable, secure technology that supports the firm’s growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including direct management of technical staff.
• Proven track record delivering technology projects with clear business outcomes.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, financial services, accounting, or similar client-focused environment preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise cloud platforms and modern endpoint management.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into roadmaps and communicate status to nontechnical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals across Infrastructure, Applications, and Security.
• Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Own supervisory functions including performance management and staffing decisions in partnership with the CIO.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and performant IT operations across the enterprise environment.
• Oversee helpdesk, desktop support, and SLA adherence to end-user excellence.
• Own full lifecycle delivery of IT projects from scoping to closeout, with clear timelines and owners.
• Foster strong partnerships across service lines, aligning IT initiatives to business priorities.
• Partner with CIO and security leadership on information security programs and policy alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract management to maximize value and avoid auto-renewals.
