Chipotle is seeking a Senior Analyst, IT Internal Audit to strengthen and optimize internal controls around IT and financial processes. You will partner with IT leaders, perform SOX and operational audits, test controls, and report findings to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 2–4 years IT audit experience, preferably at a Big Four firm.
• CISA certification or actively pursuing CISA.
• Experience developing Alteryx workflows is preferred.
• Strong technical and communication skills; capable of fast-paced work.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen internal control environment with risk-based audits.
• Lead SOX compliance and operational audits with clear findings.
• Coordinate with senior management and control owners.
• Develop audit plans including scoping and risk assessment.
• Perform testing of design and operating effectiveness of controls.
• Prepare and present audit findings to management.
• Draft process improvements to address gaps.
• Monitor remediation and follow-ups.
• Implement automation using Alteryx and approved AI tools.
• Ensure audits are completed within time and budget.
