Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking an Analyst, Accounts Payable to support accuracy, efficiency, and controls across AP.

You will analyze processes, resolve complex invoice and payment issues, and partner with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Operations, and technology. The role emphasizes QA reviews, dashboards, testing Oracle Cloud updates, and driving automation improvements to AP workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, Finance, Audit, or related functions preferred.
• Experience with large-scale or highly automated AP environments is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring QA reviews of AP processes to evaluate accuracy, policy compliance, and controls.
• Analyze QA results to identify root causes, training opportunities, and control gaps.
• Develop and analyze AP dashboards and reporting for visibility into performance and aging.
• Resolve complex vendor, invoice, and payment issues, including escalations and system issues.
• Support testing for Oracle Cloud updates and other AP technology changes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and strengthen automated AP workflows.
• Provide ongoing training and coaching to Accounts Payable Coordinators and cross-functional partners.
