Job summary

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clinical, financial and quality stakeholders, develop metrics, provide SME support for information system deployments, and help maintain department policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant project management experience required.
• Healthcare experience and PM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate projects to meet timelines and budgets.
• Define scope, actions, ownership, schedules, and track execution.
• Lead project delivery teams and ensure deadlines; escalate issues as needed.
• Build interdisciplinary teams with clinical community; liaise with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Communicate with user departments and vendors; develop metrics and tools with management.
• Ensure data availability for performance measurement and drive risk management improvements.
• Identify end-user education needs and assist in policies development.
• Provide SME support for clinical information systems and integration.
• Operate with minimal supervision; adapt to varied responsibilities.
