Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure
- 5+ years of people leadership experience
- 5+ years in infrastructure architecture, engineering, or operations
- Experience in customer service or technical service organizations preferred
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day infrastructure reliability, availability, and performance
- Chair and own the Infrastructure ARB and guide architecture decisions
- Lead staffing, workload prioritization, and skills development for infrastructure teams
- Collaborate with Service Delivery, Cybersecurity, and IT leadership on roadmaps
- Drive lifecycle management, modernization, and reduction of technical debt
