Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Three (3) years of full-time paid technical/professional experience in OS/network analysis and design, systems analysis, or systems engineering in a multi‑platform environment.
• Experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis (2080 hours paid equals one year).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT Infrastructure Analysts I/II on complex projects involving multiple IT disciplines.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee the work of staff; ensure tasks follow policies and procedures.
• Communicate policies and provide training; support strategic technology plans.
