Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer for a full-time, permanent role tied to the Hudson Tunnel Project in the New York area. The role combines systems administration, security operations, and project work across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking, and cloud infrastructure.

You will own complex issues, improve reliability, and contribute to employee experience with a service-oriented approach. Strong communication and documentation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure or related hands-on role.
• Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online).
• Hands-on Windows 11, endpoint management, and security administration.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki networking and security infrastructure.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, endpoints, and related infrastructure.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for complex hardware, software, and identity issues.
• Manage security posture, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
• Lead infrastructure improvement projects and mentor junior staff.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver technology projects.
