The ideal candidate has 10+ years in US banking technology, owns incidents and service requests end-to-end, and ensures regulatory compliance. This contract-to-hire role offers stability and growth within a banking technology environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in banking technology, infrastructure, or IT service management — US banking sector experience is mandatory.
• Current AWS certification required; hands-on experience supporting AWS and US-hosted infrastructure.
• Strong background in Windows administration, networking, backup and recovery, security controls, and US payment systems.
• Experience with ITSM platforms and incident/service request management within defined SLAs.
• Familiarity with disaster recovery planning, risk remediation, and RCSA processes.

• Owns incidents end-to-end and drives swift restoration.
• Manages service requests from intake to resolution.
• Keeps systems compliant with US regulatory requirements.
• Provides end-user support as needed.
