Job summary

Atlas Technica LLC is seeking a Sr. Project Engineer (East Coast) to join our remote, US-based team. This client-facing role focuses on onboarding new clients and delivering infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity projects across existing accounts.

The engineer will assess environments, design and implement technical solutions, and develop detailed transition plans. Collaboration with Project Managers, Systems Engineers, and other teams is essential to ensure timely, high-quality delivery while

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant IT experience in desktop support, systems engineering, or project engineering.
Experience leading or contributing to technical implementations and client onboarding initiatives.
Strong Windows desktop support experience and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms and collaboration tools (Azure, Box, Dropbox, etc.).
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, Group Policy, and email‑flow troubleshooting.
Ability to create and execute technical project plans with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical onboarding and implementation of new client environments.
Architect and document secure technical solutions for client infrastructures.
Develop detailed work plans and client transition strategies.
Build and configure client environments including cloud SaaS, virtual servers, and networking equipment.
Provide proactive technical guidance and act as escalation point for engineers and clients.
Communicate progress, risks, and next steps to stakeholders.
