Eminent Technical Solutions (ETS) is seeking a Senior IT Consultant to design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable client networks and systems. This hands-on role owns projects from scoping through deployment and emphasizes security, performance, and reliability.

You will communicate with clients, explain recommendations clearly, and mentor junior technicians while producing documentation for the organization.

Competenze

• 3–7 years of hands-on network and systems administration experience; managed services or technology consulting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent).
• Networking: configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and access points across LAN/WAN.
• Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365/Exchange experience.
• VMware or Hyper-V virtualization experience.
• Cybersecurity protections implemented and monitored across client environments.
• Ability to produce network diagrams, deployment plans and technical guides.
• Certifications such as Network+/Security+/A+; MCP/MCSA/MCSE; CCNA a plus.

Mansioni

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable network and systems infrastructure across client environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points for high-performance connectivity.
• Administer virtual environments and physical servers (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity protections including firewalls, antivirus, endpoint management, and threat detection.
• Manage disaster recovery operations and data backup systems for client readiness.
• Perform monitoring, diagnostics, and proactive maintenance to resolve issues before impact.
• Lead client consultations to assess tech needs and guide environments through changes/upgrades.
• Produce network diagrams, deployment plans, and project update reports.
• Mentor junior technicians and contribute to team development.
• Collaborate with Help Desk Manager on escalated cross-boundary issues.
