Job summary

Elevate Technology Group is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design, implement, and support secure enterprise network solutions for national security programs in the United States. You will work on data centre, transport, and enterprise layers, driving architecture and infrastructure improvements with cross-functional teams.

You will apply deep knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF/EIGRP/BGP), and security technologies while leading technical initiatives and ensuring high availability

Qualifications

• 8+ years of network engineering experience.
• Juniper networking technologies experience.
• Cisco networking experience considered.
• Experience designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise networks.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking and protocols.
• Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
• LAN, WAN and network security technologies; firewalls and ACLs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and collaboration skills; clear communication.

• Designing and implementing secure enterprise network solutions.
• Engineering and maintaining routing, switching and transport environments.
• Troubleshooting complex network performance and connectivity issues.
• Supporting data centre and wide-area network environments.
• Collaborating with engineering teams and stakeholders on technical solutions.
• Contributing to network architecture, design reviews and infrastructure improvements.
• Providing technical leadership within area of expertise.
