You will architect scalable systems, automate workflows with n8n and AI-assisted tools, translate complex decisions for business stakeholders, and guide management on improvements and risks.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and implementing IT solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience mentoring engineers and acting as a technical escalation point.
• Proficiency with Linux OS administration across Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools and automation platforms.
• Experience with REST APIs and container technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define technical direction and architecture standards for IT infrastructure.
• Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues and outages.
• Design and implement automation scripts, workflows, and tools using n8n and AI-assisted development tools.
• Architect and oversee enterprise IT solutions across cloud and on‑premises environments.
• Ensure scalability, security, and compliance of IT solutions.
• Mentor Senior Engineers and Engineers through technical guidance, configuration reviews, and career development support.
• Advise management on infrastructure improvements, security risks, and operational efficiencies.
• Establish documentation standards and maintain internal knowledge resources for IT solutions, processes, and configurations.
