Job summary

Truist in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Solutions Engineer to design, automate, and optimize enterprise infrastructure across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will build reusable automation, implement IaC, and enhance observability with Splunk, Dynatrace, and related tools.

You will work with cross-functional teams—architecture, security, and operations—ensuring resiliency, disaster recovery, and operational readiness while mentoring others and shaping engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of professional infrastructure engineering experience.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise infrastructure across cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and manages enterprise infrastructure platforms and systems across cloud, network, database, storage, and middleware domains.
• Develops automation, monitoring, and optimization techniques to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve standards.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex infrastructure issues and performs root-cause analysis.
• Ensures compliance with strategies, standards, and governance to mitigate risks.
