Ball Horticultural Company is hiring an IT Infrastructure & CyberSecurity Administrator to join Corporate IT Operations. This role balances strategic infrastructure, cybersecurity, and daily operations to strengthen security posture while supporting business needs.

The position requires 5+ years in enterprise IT, expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, and identity and access management, plus a proactive, collaborative mindset. On-site role with occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Five or more years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure, IT operations, security technologies, or advanced technical support environments.
• Experience with networking, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, identity and access management, endpoint protection, DLP, and hybrid‑cloud technologies.
• Experience with monitoring, incident response, vulnerability remediation, change management, disaster recovery, technical documentation, and service provider coordination.
• Ability to research technologies and security risks, evaluate alternatives, recommend solutions, develop strategies, and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, collaboration, accountability, follow‑through, and continuous learning skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer network, cloud, server, identity, endpoint, and connectivity platforms including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, Azure, Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, and Intune.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, capacity, performance, configuration, and lifecycle; identify risks and recommend improvements.
• Maintain diagrams, inventories, configurations, standards, and procedures for troubleshooting, change management, recovery, and audits.
• Support infrastructure projects, upgrades, integrations, and technology evaluations aligned with business needs and standards.
• Define and drive adoption of security policies, compliance, audit support, Global Cyber Security requirements, AI governance, citizen development, and SaaS governance.
• Provide business communication and security coordination across infrastructure, SAP, custom development, and other technology teams.
• Research threats, vulnerabilities, technologies, and industry practices; assess risk and recommend controls and remediation.
• Drive the development of security strategies and tactics.
• Support security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, disaster recovery planning and testing, and business continuity efforts.
• Administer identity and access controls, including Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, privileged access, device compliance, and Intune security configurations.
