Job summary

Pixel Machinery in Boston is seeking an experienced Senior IT Implementation Technician to own end-to-end software and identity/security platform rollouts. You will drive successful implementations, resolve escalated issues, and strengthen the support team through technical knowledge capture.

The role emphasizes implementation and escalation, not first-line support, mentoring less experienced technicians and collaborating with clients to configure Okta, JumpCloud, 1Password, and Entra ID/Azure

Qualifications

• Experienced IT support at Tier 2/3 levels.
• Capable of end-to-end software implementations.
• Strong communication with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff and raise support quality.
• Familiar with Okta, JumpCloud, 1Password, Entra ID/Azure AD.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation of client software platforms and projects.
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, resolving escalated issues.
• Serve as a technical escalation point for the broader team.
• Plan, configure, and roll out new tools and integrations with clients.
• Document processes and knowledge to strengthen playbooks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to set timelines and milestones.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians.
• Stay current on new features and best practices across the stack.
