Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience managing projects.
• Must possess strong communication skills and be able to build relationships with project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Functioning and successfully managing software installation for Jack Henry complementary products in an ever-changing and stressful environment using project management life cycle processes to meet deadlines.
• Serving as a liaison between the company, technical resources, non-technical resources, and the customer to ensure a successful implementation of the project.
• Creating, updating, and maintaining all implementation calendars and schedules to ensure all projects are completed on time.
• Monitoring and tracking all escalations to resolution.
