Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years in product management, product owner or product strategy.
• Extensive experience in small business product management and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Designs, modifies and manages activities for a specific product from definition to release.
• Coordinates with design, process, test, quality and marketing as products move to release.
• Tracks product adoption and translates feedback into enhancements.
• Ensures smooth handover to implementation or support with planning and training.
• Engages with user communities through focus groups and customer research.
• Creates and maintains the product vision and roadmap.
• Participates in marketing rollout plans and campaigns.
• Defines alpha and beta programs and coordinates execution.
• Provides demonstrations and training to Sales.
• Explores new technologies and industry trends for product management.
• Ensures products meet specifications and quality goals.
• Mentors or leads others when needed.
