Job summary

RiseMe is seeking an IT/IA Program Manager II to lead advanced IM/IT and IA support at Fort Detrick, Frederick, MD. The role focuses on RMF certification, FISMA compliance, and providing senior IT guidance for CDMRP systems.

The ideal candidate will manage IAVM processes, implement security controls, and coordinate RMF documentation and inspections, ensuring accreditation before operation.

Qualifications

• Advanced-level IT assistance in secured environments.
• Ability to develop IA documentation for government customers.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy tooling and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Perform IAVM compliance, verification, dissemination, and reporting (e.g., ACAS).
• Provide technical assistance for network administration, incident handling and IA security awareness training.
• Track compliance requirements and develop IA documents, COOP, and CM plans.
• In-process/out-process CDMRP staff for network access.
• Ensure periodic security inspections, STIG compliance, and report violations.
• Provide Tier 3 IM/IT expertise for troubleshooting, configuration, deployment and disposal.
• Ensure CDMRP information systems are RMF-certified and accredited before operation.
• Administer Group Policy, Ghost imaging, and end-user device support.
• Support DoD business systems including documentation updates.
