Job summary

LogicGate is seeking a Senior IT Governance & Compliance Manager to advance enterprise security and compliance. You will partner with Sales, Legal, Product, and Engineering to embed risk-aware thinking and streamline audit readiness across the business.

You will lead internal prep and external audits (SOC 2 II, ISO 27001), author security policies, and deploy AI-assisted evidence collection to optimize program performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) or cybersecurity.
• Experience auditing SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and data privacy regulations.
• Proven ability to translate risk concepts for executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive maturity and operational excellence of IT GRC frameworks.
• Own and scale Third-Party Risk Management end-to-end.
• Support Sales with security inquiries and automate responses.
