Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking an IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Manager to lead day-to-day IT compliance program activities, including SOX and ITGC testing, audit readiness, governance documentation, and data reconciliation across the enterprise.

You will partner with Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, Finance and business stakeholders to sustain the control environment, enterprise compliance obligations, and risk management initiatives in a complex public company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in IT compliance, IT audit, risk management, cybersecurity compliance, or related governance function.
• Experience developing and maintaining Risk and Control Matrices, process flows, remediation plans, system inventories, and related documentation.
• Experience supporting cross-functional stakeholders such as Legal, IT, Security, Internal Audit, Finance, and business leads.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Director of IT Governance, Risk and Compliance in building the overall compliance strategy and roadmap.
• Implement and support an enterprise GRC platform with automated risk/control matrices and evidence workflows.
• Assist in tracking and reporting on key compliance initiatives with executive status updates.
• Provide SME support to system leads and business partners on control execution and documentation.
