Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of financial industry processes and regulatory standards.
• Experience with infrastructure including servers, networks, and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Certification in COBIT, CGRC, CRISC, or CGEIT.
• Familiar with BSP Circulars and SEC regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform governance reviews to ensure regulatory and internal standards compliance.
• Interpret regulations affecting control standards and suggest updates.
• Collaborate to update policies, procedures and manuals per regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with Tech&Ops and business teams to respond to audit requests.
• Be central point of contact for audit, risk and compliance exercises.
• Review audit findings with Tech&Ops and provide remediation recommendations.
• Track resolution of findings and monitor progress.
• Stay updated on IT risk and industry best practices for proactive risk management.
