Job summary

brightfin is seeking a Solution Consultant to join our remote US team. You will work with direct and indirect sales to translate prospect problems into documented business cases and signed deals.

You will run discovery, present demos, and build ROI-driven business cases, while leading RFPs and information security questionnaires. You’ll stay up-to-date on IT financial management, telecom, and the ServiceNow ecosystem, ensuring solutions are well-documented for smooth handoffs to implementation

Qualifications

• 5+ years solving complex business problems, gained through consulting, solution engineering, or a related field.
• Experience explaining technical solutions to operational staff and senior executives.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret IT and telecom data for business value.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform or IT financial management or telecom expense management (or the ability to learn quickly).

Responsibilities

• Run discovery to understand a prospect's business, processes, and pain points, then define the business case.
• Present and demo brightfin's platform to audiences from operational staff to C-level executives, in person or remote.
• Build the business case using modeling tools, proofs-of-concept, and whiteboard sessions to show value in dollars.
• Close gaps by mapping customer requirements to brightfin's solution and refining fit.
• Lead RFPs, InfoSec questionnaires, and SOWs from draft to signature.
• Stay current on IT financial management, telecom, and ServiceNow ecosystem to inform discussions.
• Document solutions clearly for handoff to implementation and services teams.
• Provide executives with a clear read on customer needs across teams.
