Job summary

Amicis Global in Charlotte, NC is seeking an IT Business Analyst for a 12-month engagement. The role focuses on managing IT budgeting, financial reporting, and regulator-ready decks, with dashboards tracking KPI/KRI performance for the Technology organization.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of business management experience, advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills, and familiarity with Tableau/PowerBI and TBM/Apptio. Strong communication and project management abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in business management/BA within financial services or consulting.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel required; Tableau, PowerBI and Visio preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow and TBM/Apptio is a plus.
• Strong understanding of technology landscape, data use in business processes.
• Strong project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to conceptualize, document and present creative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of cross-functional storytelling.
• Autonomous self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget preparation and expenses control for Technology, including vendors and headcount processes.
• Collaborate with Finance to produce financial reporting and explain variances.
• Prepare senior management decks and regulator materials.
• Create dashboards or scorecards to monitor Tech KPI/KRI performance.
• Coordinate IT Portfolio TBM-related transactions across the Americas with the PMO and Procurement.
• Work with internal control, compliance and risk teams on deliverables and escalations.
• Support TCO implementation with transformation teams and drive process-improvement across IT Business Management.
