Sysmex America, Inc in Lincolnshire, IL is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Finance - IT Controlling to partner with IT leadership on budgeting, reporting, and KPI alignment with the IT strategy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• 5+ years experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office products
• 5+ years SAP experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience in Oracle required
• MS Power BI experience preferred
• Experience with MS Copilot or equivalent preferred
• Leadership presence and the ability to constructively challenge functional and business leaders, advocating for performance and results
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work well on large and small cross-functional teams
• Initiative and self-starting capabilities to execute in a regional commercial organization

Responsabilidades

• IT Project Prioritization and Portfolio Management: monitor and control IT expenditures and align with budgets.
• Software License and Vendor Cost Management: analyze licensing and renewals, track contracts and cloud expenses.
• Allocation of Cost: develop chargeback/showback models for IT costs across functions.
• Forecast Modeling: develop long-range financial models for IT planning.
• Financial Oversight of Projects: oversee budgets, milestones, and ROI for IT initiatives.
• Financial Oversight of IT products and overhead: budget and forecast revenue, margin, opex, cash flow for IT streams.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned
