Job summary

Tech Mirrors is looking for an experienced Network Business Analyst/IT Facilities Consultant based in Milpitas, CA. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure facilities and the ability to manage end-to-end readiness for global initiatives.

The consultant will serve as a liaison between IT and Facilities, leading coordination efforts for new constructions and expansions, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth infrastructure deployment. Proficiency in project management tools and strong Excel skills are a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure facilities.
• Experience managing end-to-end facilities readiness and vendor coordination.
• Ability to produce executive-ready presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between IT, Facilities, and vendors.
• Lead coordination for new building construction and site expansions.
• Manage data center, MDF, and IDF room design and implementation.
• Support project budgets, forecasting, and CAPEX planning.
