Job summary

You will report to the IT Operations Manager and shape guidance on standards, governance, and investment decisions to achieve agency outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of IT architecture experience.
• Experience developing current-state and target-state architectural models.
• Experience with multi-year technology roadmaps and architecture governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and stewardship of enterprise-wide architecture across domains.
• Develop a two-year IT technology roadmap with modernization priorities.
• Provide guidance on ROI, TCO, and technology decisions to leadership.
