Job summary

The role partners with Enterprise Architects, applications and vendors to deliver scalable, secure infrastructure while championing ITIL practices, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8 years technical engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Operations: coordinate and assist with crisis management, support escalation, change management, release management, capacity management and ITIL processes.
• Technology Strategy: develop roadmap and standards for infrastructure technologies.
• Research and Analysis: plan and coordinate admin, operational and financial initiatives including TCO and optimization.
• Supplier Management: manage suppliers and vendors, report on dashboards and status to ensure quality and performance.
• Financial Management: plan, monitor and control operating and capital budgets.
