Job summary

Flow is seeking a Lead IT Engineer — Properties & Hospitality to own configuration, integration, and commissioning across its residential and hospitality portfolio. The role is senior, requiring independent judgment and the ability to manage multiple active projects on-site with the Sr. IT Field Technician.

Responsibilities include configuring VMS, access control, network, and AV systems; ensuring integrations with PMS; and delivering documented go-live packages for new properties.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in property technology, hospitality IT, or multi-site IT environments.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering VMS, access control, and network systems.
• Experience with PMS integrations and hospitality tech workflows.
• Strong documentation habits and ability to work with a field technician on complex deployments.

Responsibilities

• Configure and commission video management, access control, and network systems across properties.
• Lead new property deployments with the Sr. IT Field Technician and document go‑live configurations.
• Maintain system documentation, diagrams, and inventory across multiple sites.
• Coordinate with property operations and vendors to ensure seamless integrations.
• Provide on-site systems support and training for staff and managers.
